🥤 Natural Healing Drink Recipe

Ingredients

1 large beetroot, peeled and chopped

2 carrots, peeled and chopped

1 green apple (or red apple for sweetness)

1 small piece (about 2 cm) of fresh ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

1 cup water or coconut water

Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (for taste and nutrition)


Instructions

  1. Add beetroot, carrots, apple, and ginger to a blender.
  2. Pour in the water or coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain if desired (you can skip this to keep the fiber).
  5. Add lemon juice and honey, then stir well.
  6. Drink immediately — preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before lunch.
