Ingredients:
500 g Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them on a baking tray and roast for 20β25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Optional: drizzle with lemon juice or sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
π₯¬π Lemon Butter Broccoli
Ingredients:
300 g broccoli (cut into small florets)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3β4 minutes, then transfer to cold water (to keep its bright color).
- Melt butter in a pan and lightly sautΓ© the broccoli.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and toss well.
- Optional: garnish with lemon zest before serving.

Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and carrot, and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat for 5β7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Cook until the vegetables are slightly soft but still crunchy.
