1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper
For the Filling
12–15 small cubes of mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Optional Glaze
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground beef
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan
Onion
Garlic
Egg
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Mix until everything is well combined.
(Do not overmix—this keeps the bites tender.)
3. Shape and Stuff
Take a small amount of meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
Place one cube of cheese in the center, then wrap the meat around it to form a ball.
Repeat until all meat is used.
4. Add Optional Glaze
In a small bowl, mix:
Ketchup
Brown sugar
Mustard
Brush a small amount on top of each meatloaf bite for extra flavor and shine.
5. Bake
Place the bites into the muffin tin and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through and sizzling.
The cheese inside will melt beautifully.
6. Serve
